Exhibitor costs per stand of 10 m x10 m: R6500
You are welcome to camp at your stand. Please note – no shower facilities are available.
If the exhibitor takes 2 stands of 10x10 (20x10), extra space is available to park vehicles/caravans / trailers for sale up on the grass embankment at the exhibitor arena at no extra cost. Please liaise with organisers for extra vehicles for sale on the grass embankment.
MARKETING AND MEDIA COVERAGE OF THE EVENT:
Extensive marketing campaign covers print and electronic media, electronic newsletters such as SA4x4, social media platforms, exhibitor’s own social media invitations, and local radio. Video production: GetMedia Networks. We are planning to broadcast the event on TV as well – an official announcement to follow soon.
